1. Zero-Payload Logging Architecture
Ghost Proxies operates a strict zero-payload logging policy on our proxy gateway clusters (gate.ghostproxies.net). We do not inspect, store, or archive the decrypted contents, headers, or payloads of your HTTP, HTTPS, or SOCKS5 requests. Only aggregate byte counters and connection status codes are recorded to calculate your real-time bandwidth balance and dashboard analytics.
2. Account & Billing Information We Collect
When you register an account on https://ghostproxies.net, we collect your account email address and authentication credentials. All payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant processors (Whop / Stripe) with 3D Secure protection; Ghost Proxies never stores raw credit card numbers on our servers.
3. Ethical IP Sourcing & Network Integrity
Our 69.2M+ Residential, 4G/5G Mobile, Static ISP, and Datacenter exit nodes are ethically sourced with explicit opt-in consent and carrier/ISP peering agreements across 195+ countries and 6,149 ASNs.
4. Data Retention, GDPR & Account Deletion
You may export your account usage logs, rotate or revoke your API keys, or request permanent account deletion at any time from your Ghost Proxies Control Panel (/dashboard/settings).
