1. Acceptance of Terms & Service Scope
By accessing or using Ghost Proxies (https://ghostproxies.net), our API endpoints, or our proxy gateway infrastructure (gate.ghostproxies.net), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Ghost Proxies provides cloud proxy routing infrastructure across Residential, 4G/5G Mobile, Static ISP, and Dedicated Datacenter pools for legitimate software engineering, web data collection, QA testing, brand protection, SEO verification, and enterprise automation.
2. Bandwidth Allocation, Non-Expiration & Billing
Pre-paid bandwidth packages (Starter 41 GB through Enterprise 2,200 GB) are non-expiring as long as your account remains in good standing. Time-based Unlimited Passes (24-Hour, 7-Day, and 30-Day) provide unmetered gateway throughput for the exact duration purchased. Reseller Portal memberships ($79/month) include a 100 GB starter wholesale pool, support for up to 15,000 sub-users, and access to $0.15/GB wholesale top-ups.
3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) & Compliance
Users must comply with all applicable local and international laws. You may not use Ghost Proxies infrastructure for unauthorized network intrusion, DDoS attacks, spam transmission (SMTP port 25 is blocked by default), financial fraud, credential stuffing against banking/government portals, or distribution of malware. Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy results in immediate credential suspension.
4. 99.99% Gateway Uptime SLA & Support
Ghost Proxies maintains a 99.99% core gateway uptime SLA across our global exit clusters. If you experience routing degradation or require custom ASN/subnet configuration, our engineering support team is available 24/7 via your dashboard support portal.
